Career paths in healthcare, education, event and conference planning were starting points for my admin and organizational know-how, but it is relationships that get (and keep) me enthused.Gregarious in nature and confident in building rapport, I understand the value of connecting business and clients — the ones you have, the ones you want to connect with and the ones you’ve been meaning to call.Working virtually, to manage administrative tasks – you know…those things you really don’t want to do. I am a coach believer and advocate for what coaches do, how coaches do it and their audiences. “I work behind the scenes to make sure the coach (and their clients) get what they want – on time, respectfully and enthusiastically.”

An independent professional and networking enthusiast, I find balance in my roles as mother to three grown children, partner to Ron, and trail running companion to two rescue dogs. A woman who loves to give, I volunteer with Girl Guides, Plan Canada, Canadian Blood Services, the International Coach Federation Vancouver Chapter and was the outgoing President of Successful Women Always Network (SWAN).
